At Paprika Living, each piece is handcrafted with care and quality at the heart of everything we do. While we hope you love what you receive, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Returns for Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
- Please email us at paprikalivings@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with a photo of the damaged item.
Eligibility & Timeline
- Products are eligible for return only if damaged, and must be reported within 48 hours
- Returned items must be unused and unwashed to qualify for a store credit.
Return Process
- Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will share a prepaid return shipping label with you.
- Simply pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest shipping point as instructed.
Refunds & Credits
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a store credit which has to be used within 90 days from date of issuance.
Important Notes
- Customized products are final sale and not eligible for return.
- We aim to process all returns within 7 business days of receipt of product.
- All other sales are final.
